The first edition of the price guide is being prepared. In the meantime, ask me for current figures in the area you are interested in.
How these figures are made
Figures are indicative ranges for the quarter shown. They come from valuations I carried out, sales and lettings I handled, and prices I checked with parties to real transactions. Asking prices alone are not used. "Typical" is the middle of what well-located, properly documented property achieved; the range shows the spread. Where a cell is based on only a few cases, treat it with more caution.
This guide is general market information, not a valuation of any particular property. Location within an area, title, access, condition and view can move a price well outside these ranges.
